ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Abhijit Basak is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at Sister Nivedita University. With a background in Architecture from Jadavpur University and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from IIEST Shibpur, he brings over 7 years of multidisciplinary professional experience. His expertise spans Architecture, Interior Design, and 3D Printed Models. Abhijit has also served as a Visiting Faculty in various colleges, specializing in Architecture Design, Model-making, and Computer Applications.
Abhijit Basak holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at Sister Nivedita University. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture from Jadavpur University and pursued a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from IIEST Shibpur. Abhijit possesses a diverse professional background encompassing over 7 years of experience in multiple disciplines including Architecture, Interior Design, and expertise in 3D Printed Models.
In his professional journey, Abhijit Basak has collaborated with prestigious architectural firms across India, gaining extensive experience in Model-making and overseeing Interior Design projects. His proficiency extends to site execution and management, reflecting his comprehensive understanding of architectural practice.
Prior to his current role, Abhijit served as a Visiting Faculty at various educational institutions, where he imparted knowledge in Architecture Design, specialized Model-making techniques, and Computer Applications relevant to architecture. He is registered with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, underscoring his commitment to professional standards and architectural education.
